A Legendary Career in Film and TV
Catherine O'Hara’s remarkable career spanned decades, and she became a household name through her iconic roles in beloved films such as Home Alone, Best in Show, Beetlejuice, and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
However, in recent years, it was her portrayal of the eccentric matriarch Moira Rose on the hit sitcom Schitt's Creek that cemented her place in television history.
On Schitt’s Creek, O'Hara played Moira opposite Eugene Levy as her husband, Johnny Rose, and their on-screen children, Dan Levy as David Rose and Annie Murphy as Alexis Rose.
The show, which ran for six seasons from 2015 to 2020, became a cultural phenomenon, winning multiple Emmy Awards and leaving an indelible mark on comedy television.
