Fans have expressed their concerns after Kelly Osbourne shared a new photo of her hands.
The 41-year-old television personality took to social media to share images from Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy gala, where she made a striking solo appearance.
Osbourne posed solo in a high-neck gown with a dramatic leg slit, accessorized with a black clutch and simple makeup, highlighting her blonde bob.
She also posted pictures from the red carpet, where she was joined by her mother, Sharon Osbourne, and brother, Jack Osbourne.
In her caption, she opened up about how grateful she was to those who contributed to her father’s tribute at the event.
"About last night! Firstly I want to thank @clivejdavis for organizing such a beautiful tribute to my father! @jellyroll615 had me baling my eyes out with his rendition on 'Mumma I’m coming home!' @machinegunkelly killed it with 'I don’t wanna stop,'" she penned.
"Secondly I want to thank my friends @yungblud @jessejostark @xomgitsbunnie and @charlotteslawrence for holding me close when I felt most vulnerable! It was my first big event since my father’s passing, and I did not know if I could do it but they got me through!"
"I love them all so much! It was a beautiful night filled with my beautiful family and friends! ❣️ps I though my mum looked gorgeous!" she added.
Despite the touching tribute and her elegant look, it was Osbourne's appearance in the pictures that caught the attention of fans -specifically, her hands.
Many fans zoomed in on the images and voiced their concern over what appeared to be disproportionate hands in comparison to the rest of her body.
One fan questioned: "What the hell is going on with her hands?" while another said: "Omg she looks so skinny that her hands look bigger than her waist."
Grief and Its Impact on Osbourne's Health
Seven months after her father, Ozzy Osbourne, passed away in July 2025 after a battle with Parkinson's disease, the mom-of-one has been candid about the impact it has had on her, both mentally and physically.
Speaking to People on the red carpet at the 2026 Grammys, she said: "I won’t lie...I won’t be one of those people that say I’m fine because I’m not."
"That’s the hardest thing I’ve ever been through in my life. But I have my man, and I have my gorgeous baby, and my mom and my brother, and I so bonded. I didn’t think we could ever get more bonded, but we did," she added.
Osbourne, who has openly discussed her dramatic 85-pound weight loss following gastric sleeve surgery in 2018, also spoke about her father’s legacy and the tribute planned for the evening.
"It’s just such a beautiful thing that his peers are showing their love and respect for his work tonight, and it’s going to be an emotional experience for us," she continued.
She also opened up about the special ways she keeps her father’s memory alive: "There’s so many things that we do that we always keep a seat at the table for him."
"I light a candle every day for him, I wear a locket. It’s under my dress, you can’t see it, but it has his picture in it, and my baby opens it every day and gives it a kiss and says hi to Papa," she concluded.
