Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend has recently spoken out after the star <a href="https://vt.co/entertainment/breaking-lindsay-lohan-is-pregnant-with-her-first-child">announced</a> the news of her pregnancy yesterday. In a statement to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/03/14/lindsay-lohan-pregnant-expecting-first-child-baby/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ,</a> she told the outlet: "We are very excited for our new family member to arrive and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!" On Tuesday (March 14), in a follow-up, Lohan, 36, took to Instagram to tell her fans that she is expecting her first child with her husband, Bader Shammas. Posting a snapshot of a baby grow with the words "Coming soon" plastered across it, the former Mean Girls star told fans that she and Shammas were "blessed and excited" about becoming parents. Speaking to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/03/14/lindsay-lohan-pregnant-expecting-first-child-baby/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, the 45-year-old DJ said: "I wish her all the best. Just three years later, she referred to both herself as well as Ronson as "toxic" during an interview with <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/lindsay-lohan-on-samantha-ronson-two-toxic-people-cannot-be-together-20122611/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Us Weekly</a>. "I needed to love myself first before I could be with anyone," she said at the time. "And I was going through a lot. Two toxic people cannot be together. End of story." She added: "We’re friends now. That’s how it started, so I think that’s what’s meant to be." When asked about her support system, the 36-year-old said: "I have an amazing husband, who’s a very calm person. Just the best. And my family. And I feel like I have a small group of good friends who are just really good people. That’s the only support that I really need: friends, family, and loved ones." The pair dated for a year or so before getting engaged in November 2021, which Lohan updated her fans about at the time.
