Sharon Stone has marked her 65th birthday with a change to her appearance. On March 10, the 65-year-old Basic Instinct star took to her Instagram page to share a picture in which her lips looked dramatically plumped up. Her facial transformation was courtesy of Wax Lips, the standard name for a cherry-flavored candy in the shape of oversized, red lips, according to the <a href="https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/sharon-stone-plastic-surgery-lips-birthday-b2298823.html">Independent</a>. In the photo, the blonde bombshell donned black and white polka-dotted pajamas, with a pair of large black reading frames. She is also sporting messy hair as if she has just woken up, and in another snap, she is seen holding a birthday balloon. In a cover story for <a href="https://en.vogue.me/beauty/sharon-stone-aging-botox-filler-cosmetic-procedures-stroke-brain-hemorrhage-interview-september-2022/">Vogue Arabia</a> last September, Stone revealed: "There were periods in the super fame when I got Botox and filler and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and a nine-day brain hemorrhage and I had to have over 300 shots of Botox and filler to make the one side of my face come up again." Credit: ZUMA Press, Inc. / Alamy]] Stone's uproarious birthday post comes after she disclosed on the <a href="https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/sharon-stone/id1658178194?i=1000603130893">Table for Two podcast</a> that she lost custody of her eldest child Roan Joseph Bronstein - whom she adopted and shared with ex-husband Phil Bronstein - because of a well-known scene in Basic Instinct. The actress was married to the 72-year-old journalist in 1998, but the couple soon separated and got involved in a lengthy and turbulent divorce battle. He was awarded primary custody of their son while she was granted visitation rights. Stone spoke about the impact the award-winning film had on her custody battle and told the host Bruce Bozzi: "I lost custody of my child," as cited by <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/film/2023/mar/09/sharon-stone-says-lost-custody-son-basic-instinct">The Guardian</a>. "When the judge asked my child - my tiny little boy: 'Do you know your mother makes sex movies?' Like, this kind of abuse by the system - that I was considered what kind of parent I was because I made that movie. "People are walking around with no clothes on at all on regular TV now and you saw maybe like a 16th of a second of possible nudity of me - and I lost custody of my child," she continued. "Are you kidding?" The Total Recall star went on to adopt sons Quinn Kelly Stone, 16, and Laird Vonne Stone, 17, but on the podcast, she emotionally shared with the interviewer the devastating effect that losing custody of Roan took on her health. "I ended up in the Mayo Clinic with extra heartbeats in the upper and lower chamber of my heart," she disclosed to the host, per <a href="https://www.insider.com/sharon-stone-lost-custody-son-basic-instinct-nudity-2023-3">Insider</a>.
